...in my footsteps

my pins from a few years ago... ok, a long time ago when i was in the national honor society.

last week my little brother (robert) was inducted into the national honor society. i couldn't be more proud. ever since he was a little baby i told my mom that she had the same child twice only this time a boy. my wish for him in life is that he grows up to be a much better human being than i. he is so sensitive and caring, yet a he remains a boy. and, if you have boys you know exactly what i mean. not only is he a "book-worm" but he is a musical genius. 2 years ago i bought him a guitar for christmas and now he play 7 instruments. most of them by "ear". if i ever have a son sometime in the future i hope he follows in his uncles footsteps. so if you ever see him walking around with that silly hooded sweatshirt on his head please don't judge a book by it's cover because he's the sweetest little boy you'll ever meet. and, he says excuse, please and thank you.

hello, my "mayhem" is almost over! can you believe it. i completely forgot to pick a winner on saturday. oops. i had way too much going on. and can you believe my mom did not comment on the mess i had at home. what a relief. she's back in florida now and i miss her already.

...mambi monday's - give away

so the month has gone by so quickly and full of so many activities. it was really great to see so many people at our warehouse sale. i think we might do another one next year.

i have had so many mishaps in my busy schedule. things like, no sleep at all, michael's alarm clock going off at 4am when i just went to bed at 3am, messing up on stage and my favorite, being trapped in my sweatshirt. that one was so hilarious. the zipper was broken and i had to be cut out of it. and, it was my favorite sweatshirt.

today's giveaway is some items from our new collection, destination: paradise. it's an homage to that day when i can go somewhere and relax. i would live to go to hawaii, fiji. tahiti or jamiaca. in order to win  tell me what destination you would like to visit to get away from your "may-hem". on saturday i will pick a winner.
